We had an amazing (but very windy!) day in Warren at the Water Festival! We took part in interactive learning stations all about water resources. The stations included were water quality, groundwater and spring water, flooding, wetlands, and watersheds. We also got to participate in casting a fishing rod and a fish painting station. It was a great day! We had a great first day of 4th grade!! We did a great teamwork and creativity building activity that was called "Saving Fred"! It was a great way to work together and have fun at the same time!

Mrs. RustadThis is my fourth year teaching in Newfolden and I am so excited for another great year! I was a 4th and 5th grade teacher in the Greenbush-Middle River School District before coming to MCC. My family and I live about 10 miles outside of Newfolden. My husband, Mark, and I have two children; our son, Keegan is 19 and our daughter, Reese is 17. They are both active in sports and keep us busy cheering them on! I look forward to an amazing year ahead in 4th grade at Newfolden Elementary. Archives
