Our class, along with the entire Newfolden Elementary, went over to the High School to watch the Homecoming Coronation. It is always fun to dance to the music and watch the students play games and get dressed up. I snapped some fun pics of some of them dancing and having a good time!!! It is not a true first week of school in our classroom until we can save Fred, the worm!! It was a great week!
We had a great time creating a tinfoil boat that could float and hold as many pennies as possible. This was a fun science activity on density that we all enjoyed !
4th graders were busy working on their Genius Hour Projects. Some chose to present theirs to the class. A few even got more than one project done !! |
Mrs. RustadThis is my fourth year teaching in Newfolden and I am so excited for another great year! I was a 4th and 5th grade teacher in the Greenbush-Middle River School District before coming to MCC. My family and I live about 10 miles outside of Newfolden. My husband, Mark, and I have two children; our son, Keegan is 19 and our daughter, Reese is 17. They are both active in sports and keep us busy cheering them on! I look forward to an amazing year ahead in 4th grade at Newfolden Elementary. Archives
